What we collect. When you join the Club, request airport parking or ask about fleet pricing, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, mobile number, license plate if you give it, your vehicle size, your travel dates and your plan choice. Our website host also records standard technical information such as your device's IP address.

How we use it. To send your $5 code and receipts, to confirm and manage your reservation, to recognize your plate at the gate, to bill your Club plan, and to answer your questions. If you tick the box on the join form, we may also text or email you about your plan. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, to stop.

Who sees it. Our staff, and the services we use to run the business: our website host, our email provider, our point-of-sale and membership system, our payment processor, and the rideshare companies that provide your terminal ride vouchers. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor on their secure pages. We never see or store your full card number.

Photos of your car. For airport parking we photograph your vehicle at drop-off and after the wash and send the photos to you. We keep them for a limited time in case of a question about your vehicle's condition.

Your choices. Email hello@atlairportcarwash.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to cancel your plan.
