How often can I wash?
Once a day, every day, at your plan's package level. Drive through twice in a day and the second is a regular single wash.
What if I don't have a front plate or my plate changes?
The camera reads the rear plate. If you change cars or plates, tell us at the pay station and the gate recognizes the new one on your next visit.
Can I upgrade for a season and then go back?
Yes. Switch plans any time; the new price starts on your next billing date. Downgrades work the same way.
How does the family plan work?
One Club plan, up to three vehicles, one card. Each additional car is $5 off the plan price per month. Each car gets its own $5 online code.
How do I pause or cancel?
Tell us at the pay station or email us; no phone tree. Pausing holds your plan and price for up to three months. Cancelling ends it at the next billing date with no fee.
Is the $5 off available in person?
No, it's for joining online. That's how we keep the line at the pay station moving.
